OKRA CURRY RECIPE

- okra – 250 grams
- Tomatoes – 2 (150 g) (finely chopped)
- Green Coriander – 2-3 tablespoons (finely chopped)
- Cream – ¼ cup
- Oil – 3-4 tablespoons
- Besan – 1 tablespoon
- Cumin – ½ teaspoon
- Asafoetida – 1/2 Pinch
- Turmeric powder – ½ teaspoon
- Coriander Powder – 1 Tablespoon
- Red Chilli Powder – ¼ teaspoon
- Green Chilli – 2 (Finely Chopped)
- Ginger – ½ inch piece (grated)
- Garam Masala – ¼ teaspoon
- Salt – the ¾ teaspoon or as per taste
Recipe for okra
Wash okra with good water and dry it. Cut off the stem on both sides of the bindi and cut each beetle in a length of 1 or 1.25 inches.
Put the pan on the gas and heat it and put 4 tablespoons of oil in the pan and allow the oil to heat. When the oil is heated, put the chopped beard in it.
Fry okra and stir until it becomes soft. okra is ready to fry in about 6-7 minutes; Take okra in the plate.
After this, add remaining cumin seeds, asafoetida, turmeric powder, coriander powder, finely chopped green chillies and grated ginger in the remaining oil in the pan, fry a little bit of spice.
After a little fry of spices, add finely chopped tomatoes in the spices and cook on medium heat till tomatoes become soft. When the tomatoes are soft, put the gram flour in it, add red chili powder and garam masala, and fry the spices until the oil begins to separate from the spices.
When the oil separates from the spices, add 1 cup water to the spices and mix it. Add some green coriander and cover the gravy and let it cook on low flame for 3-4 minutes.
After 4 minutes the gravy is ready to cook. Put the cream in the gravy and cook the gravy constantly until it starts boiling. When the gravy comes to boil, add salt and mix well and mix well.
Cover the vegetable and let it cook on low flame for 8-10 minutes. Check the vegetable, the vegetable is ready to be ready. Turn off the gas and take out the vegetable in a bowl. Garnish the vegetable by adding a little green coriander over the vegetable.
