In the evening or morning when your mind has some special food, what do you make? I like the paneer tikka very much. paneer tikka looks very tasty. You will often eat them at any wedding, party, etc. But if you want to eat them in the morning or evening breakfast or whenever you have your mind at home.
But it is more convenient to take it directly on the pan instead of creating trouble in it and so on. So today make cheese tikka but above the pan.
- Paneer – 250 grams
- Curd – 100 gm (half cup)
- Salt – according to the taste (3/4 teaspoons)
- Black pepper – half a teaspoon
- Butter or ghee-2 tablespoon
- Cumin powder – 1/2 teaspoon
- Ginger – 1/2 inch (make the paste)
- Capsicum – 1
- Tomatoes – 2-3
- Chaat masala – 1 teaspoon
- Red Chilli Powder (if you want) – less than one quarter teaspoon
- Green Coriander – 2 Table Spoon (Finely Chopped)
- Lemon – 1 cut into four pieces
Recipe for paneer tikka
Cut the paneer into large square pieces.
Fry the curd, add salt, black pepper, and half ginger paste. Put the pieces of paneer in curd and keep it covered for half an hour.
Take the pieces of cheese from curd, put it in the fridge for 1-2 hours in the fridge.
Wash capsicum, remove the seeds and cut long thin pieces. Cut tomatoes, wash and Thin the spinach.
Put butter in a nonstick pan, heat it, put 6-7 pieces of paneer in hot butter and fry them till light brown while keeping the tikka slow down the fire. Squeeze all the pieces of cheese in the same manner and keep it on the plate.
Slow the gas, put the cumin powder, ginger paste, and stir it with a spoon in the butter which is left in the embroidery. Put capsicum in this spice and stir with a spoon and cook it for 1 minute, now add tomatoes, fried pieces of cheese, chaat masala, red chili powder, and all well
